The investment plan concerns the development and operation of a holiday tourist accommodation with a total constructed area of 83.431,39 m2, that will include a complex of five holiday tourist residential complexes and two hotel units as well as a marina with the necessary infrastructure. At the same time, it will incorporate cultural elements, commercial uses and specific infrastructure projects for the benefit of the wider region with particular attention to the natural environment and the identity of the area.
The investment will take place at the location "Agios Nikolaos" of the Community of Melidoni, the Municipal Unit of Geropotamos, the Municipality of Mylopotamos, the Regional Unit of Rethymno.
The investment plan has a budget of €235,825,150 and is expected to create 450 seasonal jobs in a sustainable way (ie. 225 AWUs).
