Development of a 300-bed luxury eco-tourist resort and wellness and recreation center, which will include a hotel facility with 20 luxury villas and 75 rooms, of which five (5) will be specially designed for the reception and accommodation of Persons with Disabilities (PwD), a luxury spa, gym, boutiques, administrative offices, reception and other central functions, 2 restaurants and 1 Beach club. The implementation of the above will create 300 new annual work units (AWU) in a sustainable manner
