Redevelopment of a total area of approximately 1,797,496.28m2 in the Platygyali Naval Industrial Zone (NA.VI.PE.) area, in the Astakos Gulf/Region of Western Greece, and conversion of the existing NA.VI.PE. into a tourist port for Mega Yachts (with a capacity of 350 berths, of which 105 will be for vessels over 40 meters), with the simultaneous development of a Business Park, holiday residences, and the provision of high-specification tourism and leisure services.
