The project "Integrated Waste Management of the Peloponnese Region with PPPs" has been approved by the PPPsInterministerial Committee ofStrategic Investments (DESE) , in application of Law 3389/2005 and according to the provisions of Law 4635/2019 (Government gazette A' 167), automatically incorporated in the procedures of Strategic Investments. GDSE, as the central licensing authority for Strategic Investments, in accordance with the provisions of article 22 of Law 3894/2010 as applicable, undertakes, among others, the specified licensing procedures of the project in question.
