The investment project is planned to be developed in Platynamos in the area of Vlychada on the island of Thira (Santorini) and concerns the creation of a 5-star hotel of classic type and tourist furnished residences in an area of 108.271.37 sq.m., with a total building area of 16.570 sq.m. and a total capacity of 166 beds. The resort will include:
· Luxuriously furnished apartments and suites sparsely located on the land along with the existing buildings and the existing privileged villa. Each of the living areas will have its own swimming pool and outdoor private area.
· A tasting complex consisting of a fitting room, canavas, dormitories and, of course, warehouses for agricultural equipment – most likely underground.
· A small demonstration unit for bottling and other operations of the winery and olive oil mill which serves the canavas.
· dining areas (café and restaurant) that will serve the complex. One area near the entrance - reception and one north to support any events and small conferences. One will be a breakfast area and the other more as a café-bar with the possibility of operating as a restaurant.
